I can't make the crab hold the glass because another designer did that first. It's against the site rules. If that was your idea it could be used from all.
Can you keep all the font navy blue? Use another crab image less cartoon looking? Remove the wine bottles and maybe have the crab holding a glass of wine? Remove the waves?

i 've contacted with the fellow designers and they allowed me to use the wine glass for the crab.
