Please check my updates. For the font maybe you have an example of font that you interest, please share to me.
And if 'SUSIE' with 'STANLEY' in a same width it will be have a space on 'SUSIE' you can see on my update. But please let me know your interests please. Thanks

The only thing I would change is that the word REALTOR® has to have the little R with a circle around it just like I typed in this comment. Thank you, it looks great!
