Your graphic treatment of the O with orange checkmark is very catchy and attractive. It could work nicely as a stand-alone supporting graphic for icons, etc.
The treatment of the V character is well done, also being suggestive of a checkmark. We are not sure, though, that we want the checkmark of the V followed by another within the O.
