Very nice. Thank you for your submissions and thank you for including a version with the beta page's background.

We like both the speech bubble and check/box treatments. The box might be better in terms of suggesting the electronic nature of this survey service -- smart phone, monitor, tablet, etc. It is also very clean.

Do you think that #5 would work with a larger/stronger/bolder checkmark? It pops pretty well with the white on dark version in #6 (but possibly could be bolder there too) but stands out less in the blue/orange version.

entry with a bolder check mark. I also darkened the blue a little and gave a stronger orange for the tagline underneath so you can see it better
