Hi Oleolego!
we have a starting point here.
I would work more on the typeface to make it less anonymous and specially on both S and Z to look similar but not "forced".
I like the color spots, but you have to give them a point in the logo, a reason why. :)

I like the font of latest submission more, but still it doesn't have a strong personality.
I'd explore more the color spots, and I'd forget #11: the three zed put me to sleep! :D
