Try Recovery not being larger in #4, know we mentioned emphasizing that

#1, don't mind idea of a simple icon, but not sure about that one. Others?

#3 I think could be confusing as we will likely not use "SR" as an abbreviation, maybe SRP

Can you do #18 with the "&" not behind the words, like you did in #16

Also can I see #17 with a line above "PARTNERS"

Don't think the green adds anything of value, so far like the blue/gray. What would the gray look like in something little more silver?

I think the big "&" is overpowering, starts to look like its the icon in the logo. Thanks for all the ideas so far.
