surf unlimitedLogo Design Contest

Hi there,

Hope your having a good week so far?

Here is one of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.

The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.
I look forward to your comments or thoughts.

#18 is by far my favorite so far---i like some of the different little white things--like the clean white line at the top moving into gear things on the botoom---keep being rative an dmove in that direction!! Shatever that is!!!

Thanks for the feedback ... What also helps bring more designers in is to rank designs (this shows that you are active, which means more designers will join in).

I can't seem to draga dn rank on my ipad---any sugestions???

Look at the Stewart Surfboard website and see if you think that font might work well with our Surf Unlimited!!!

With regards to the scoring, sadly I'm not 100% sure how it works from the client side. If its still not working it might be worth emailing the admin guys and they'll be able to help you out!

Here are a few new options. I've tried different styled fonts (of course not the same as Stewart Surfboard as we want them to look different from each), but also added some depth to the background elements.

I really think your first one is still the best---don't know if maybe you can find a place to bring in either some cobalt blue or some charcoal grey---but I am still really relly liking this ...

maybe instaed of family owned---a tag line of a "surf lifestyle boutique"

Not a problem at all .. Here are two variations, bringing in cobalt blue and some grey.

If there are specific colour combinations you'd like to see i.e. change colours of specific elements within the logo, then please do say and I'll happily work them up.

I still really like much of the design---I thought adding color woudl be good---but still like the origiinal better--see what else you can come up with---and try adding the tag line ä surf lifestyle boutique

Okay---I think I have an idea---how about make Unlimited fill that whole block and then beneath the circle write in "a surf lifestyle boutique"---

I still keep liking this design--but can;t quite figure out what'missing---that might be the key!!!

Thanks again!! I think I still liek the original one best when I am thinking about a big sign---but I like others for tshirts and other printables!!
