Don - You are one talented guy. My wife doesn't want a female in the logo in case we hire some males. Could you delete the girl in Entry #27 and make the earth into a shield with the words staying where they are? Thanks!

Yes, that is similar to the shape we're looking for. Here is an absolute copy of the shield for your reference. Please include as much land in it as the original.
