love it! great work. can you change the writing so that "Sunside" is fatter and has less space betweeen the letters. simple clean and somewhat modern font (doesnt have to be crazy modern though, doesnt have to be the "tesla" font elon musk uses lol.
"rentals" should be changed to fit to the new font.
