Definitely remove the palm tree, perhaps the boat as well. Play around with a few options. If you could also add the slogan Making Medicare Stress Free in an easily readable cursive font.

I like the palm trees, but I think when I look at this logo my first thouht is that it looks more like an ad for a travel agency rather than an insurance company. Let's get rid of the palm trees and change it up a bit.
