I like what you are doing with the black & white diagonal stripes. The black vertical stripes on the bottom are making it way too busy. Maybe if you continued the diagonal stripes on the bottom and around the letters it could look cool.

I'm liking the diagonal stripes going in the same direction. I would like to see a rectangular box, with the striped going throughout. WIthin the box, I would like a cutout rectangle in which "SUNSET HILLDALE" is written in something like a copperlight gothic bold font...

I'm liking the way bot #92 and #90 are looking, here are some comments:

For #92 - please continue the diagonal stripes all the way through each side. Also, please create a rectangular border around "Sunset Hilldale"

For #90 - please fill in the top left edge with a potion of the diagonal stripe. Please create a rectangular border around "Sunset Hilldale"

I am at work (doing promotional merchandise) now and cannot do this until tonight... unfortunately unless I am ranked in the top 5 I will not be able to do the edits you request. So if you put one of them in the top 5 I can do this for you tonight and show the concept to you in the finalist phase of your contest.

I look forward to receiving the updated designs. I like the font on #65 the best. It would be good to frame the diagonal stripes in between two rectangular boxes.
