Julls59, Thank you for your most recent entries. We are very partial to your more abstract entry #92 with black lettering. We would like to explore this direction further. Also, we would like to incorporate our tag line, "Dream! Plan! Create!". Our full color palette is the deep purple, yellow and burnt orange. Any ideas you have for inclusion of the burnt orange would be great.
It appears there has been some misunderstanding over our rankings for this contest. We have (had) our top 5 designers in each of the top five ranking slots. Thereafter, all designs are grouped by designer, making their relative ranking irrelevant to the outcome of the contest. I made this change after receiving an email form Logo Tournament explaining, at my request, how the top 5 are determined. Evidently, some designers assumed by the changes that we were no longer interested in their designs, which couldn't be further from fact.
I assure you, if your design is in one of the top five ranking slots, your design has an equal chance of winning as any other of the top 5.
Thanks for the new designs. As info we want to stay away from anything with color gradient. Our logo has to be able to be embroidered on apparel.
I like the color purple in #200, but the sleeker design of the dolphin in #91 & #92. Any ideas on how to incorporate all of our color palette in the graphic part of the design? Our colors are purple, orange, yellow and black.
Also, any other ideas you have within your abstract style would be of interest.
Thank you for the new entries. The yellow is perfect. The orange still looks more brown than orange. Any ideas?
If you look at our current logo at www.sundolphinproductions.com, there's a tangerine orange closest to the black water. It may be my Macbook Pro, but the other designs we've reviewed appear to have the orange we're looking for.
Thank you for the additional entries. For the additional entries 336, 337 and 338 I really can't tell a significant difference in the colors or design. Thanks for trying.
We are pouring over our options at this time and calling on some business partners to review all of the designs. At this point, we cannot think of other revisions to request. Therefore, the ranking list is remaining relatively static for the next couple of days. If you are inspired by another revision or design concept that you would like us to consider, please leave us a comment and we will move you into position to submit them.
Thank you for your creative efforts, SunDolphin Productions
