Sure,
Entry #134
Starting at the bottom, Blue is the color of the sea. It symbolizes youth. It also gives a feeling of trust.

Green is often found in nature and symbolizes growth. It also has a strong tie to healing.

Orange ties into the sun. Orange represents achievement, success, and determination.

I assembled the 3 colors in that order to build an abstract representation of a summit. with the sea at the bottom, the green represents the mountain, the orange is the sun and sky. Visually, it depicts an upward progression that end is success.

How does it translate to your companies purpose?
the top 3 things you wanted communicated in your logo.
1. Rebirth - Blue symbolizes youth
2. Growth - Green symbolizes growth
3. Transformation - Orange represents achievement.

You also mentioned your companies purpose as helping companies that need direction, guidance or support in defining the next steps to ignite growth.
the triangles form directional arrows pointing up while showing an abstract representation of a summit.
The design also has high potential in regards to branding your company and creating an overall visual identity the cements your purpose in the most simplistic form.

Thanks,
Glendon
