Your approach is a little too abstract. Can you try a more traditional approach with the anchor and incorporate serif font options?

The abstract symbol in logo is good because it makes your identity unique and look at the blue arrow - its agility and moves ahead. The vertical line is the separation of present day and tomorrow.
