some way to get the rig/driller feel in the logo. and yes, the pipe in the photo sent earlier that looks like its coming at you. the tagline it important too. the pipe coming at you and then see the text below it. there may be no room for the hat. probably no room

This one on the right. Maybe ditch the hat & focus on the tagline & the pipe.
