I feel the puzzle is too cliche

I think I want to avoid stylizing the letters like this

I like the font but not the icon

I like the colors and arrows but not the people and gear inside

I think I want to go white/clean background but it does look very classy. Also, I feel the puzzle pieces are over-used generally.
