Not sure about the bar graphs even though it is a good concept, but has used many times by other companies. I like the words but maybe try something other than bar graphs. Also try the words in the ARIAL bold font as well to see if better.
Entry 28, can you try using the same font as entry 42, but using colors of entry 28 still. This font is more modern then time roman.
I like the picture in lanid the people helping each other in entry 108 ( but it needs to be refind a bit more) can you add your personal touch and create a new design with entry 28 words and a great people symbol.
