Can you make the logo have more standout? Perhaps bring an emboss effect to the borders of lettering?
Use of drop shadow?
Perhaps change the outline into something more dynamic / badge or shield shape?

Also, just out of curiosity - are you all based in QT? I spent a month in NZ a couple of years ago and spent a considerable amount of time there waiting for the weather to clear long enough to make it to the glaciers. If you are based there that's one hell of a good place to be based out of, especially for an adrenaline junky like me.
Anyway, thanks for the rank and good luck on your contest.

Nope - based in Christchurch. And yes - Queenstown is a lovely place to live, if you bring your wallet...
Let's try #18 without the peak on the shield.
And can you add a polish or gloss effect to the logo? Something doesn't look right in terms of balance of the colours.
Like the Queenstown twist effect at the bottom. Perhaps the green needs to be closer to the SUBWAY green?

OK - #27.
Silver fern needs to rotated left to right (normally in NZ the fern stem sits on the left hand lower side of the image).
Can you twist it (sort of a wave effect I suppose) and place it behind the top text?
Remove the white space - I see the company logo sitting above the logo with a drop shadow effect.
Looking at the stars, bungy and sun images. Something is not working here - perhaps drop the stars and replace with the lake / mountain image of #23.
Need to do shomething more exciting with the date text - it's not working with the rest of the image at this point.
