Can you make the Queenstown the hero text? - run it across the top third of the shield?
Reduce and move NZ map image to bottom of the shield.
Could you bring a montain element behind the text and to the upper left of NZ map? - Queenstown is our most popular tourist town and is located next to a lake in the middle of a mountain range well known for it's skiing.
Rearrange remaining text "NZ Franchisee Convention" - above Queenstown, and date below.
I see the company logo sitting above the shield - ties in nice with the colours.
Can you add another line to the outside of the shield - maybe a shinny gray or plastic gray to give the logo more lift from the page?
