Hi! Thanks for the submission of the Stuff Alert logo, I would just say that it looks great but I have the following comments:
We would prefer a self contained logo, ie: one that is either partly or fully within a shape (ie: rectangular). Also we need '.com' and this could go underneath the STUFF ALERT lettering.
Your second logo is really nice with the bold 'ALERT" but we would need a more modern typeface on the 'Stuff' because we would like to avoid anything classic looking.
There is no need to make everything red and black, we are planning to change our color scheme and the logo can lead the way.
Some of my favorite examples of your work from your profile page are the: Husk logo (I like the fact is is in a self contained shape), the Ajabo logo (same reason and very high impact) and the B D Brawler (because you have both text and the hammer icon looking so strong).
I hope you can gauge from this that we would prefer something that does not look like text on a white background, that the whole thing needs to have an outline shape and that if there is an icon involved it need to be bigger so that it can be seen easily when used small sometimes.
Also I really like the 'glassy' reflective look of some of your logos. Many Thanks!!
