My wife and I really liked your design, very modern. My target market is older people and retirees. When I asked my Mom, Grandma, and some others they didn't know what it was. they didn't see the SL. I think its cool but that's ultimately what is being factored in my decision to make yours 4th

Can you also make the L look more like an L on the left hand side by increasing the length of the bottom portion of the L

great update, is it possible to make the graduation caps look simpler

and make the word Labor in the gold tint color

Would like the graduation caps on them and maybe just extend the lower part of the L a tiny bit
