Can you use this color of blue (#2E8BC0) on the spine and make "industrial therapy" the same width as Structural?

Same building you have but both sides. In the middle is the spine. Try this and then another where the spine is head on instead of the from the side.

I love this one. Can you get rid of the fade, use dark grey and dark blue on the graphic and keep the font black. Can you put the spine on the left side and building on the right? (flip image). Can you simplify the spine or make a little more seperatation between the vertibre?
