any other comment for this design?

I liked how you separated this one with a small space on the wave off the V

you are a very talented designer, I know you can come up with something different from the other designer, you just have not got it just yet. try a new style or styles. I like the STRIVE on top and Projects on the bottom smaller. like that. but this one just doesn't feel like the one for me

maybe not having the PROJECTS perfectly. under the strive, it can be smaller and off to one side

the colors are off on this for me,

having the PROJECTS font needs some creativeness in it

this is a clean look. let's get more creative with the letters not so standard. I like the creativeness on the E

I like the fading of the colors, use brighter blue to dark and same with green.
