I also wanted you to see that the design would work on one solid color, showing black on white here. (Added the year in the negative space below the male runner for comparison)

Maybe make hat and headband red

Also change hat and headband color— trying to simplify number of colors for screen printing

If I could see one change in the color combination
please make the darker blue (T-shirt, shorts, shoes) that same aqua blue color as the waves

This is a great design. Couple changes:
Into Summer (text color yellow to match sun)
Remove circle border
Fitness Challenge- increase text size
Make waves same color— aqua blue
Male figure blue shirt (like shoes and hat) instead of green

I do like this version— size and placement of text. I like your version of the runner/character. Could you make a male and female runner full features/full color, similar in size, running together.
