Clever use of the icon. My biggest concern is whether the words on the street sign can be read in smaller versions of the logo. I think you can delete the cross hairs in the icon (even though it was something I suggested) ... delete the horizontal line between StreetWise and Education ... and a superscript "SM" is needed at the end of the tag line.
