#2 - I like the arch over the logo ... I like the layout and placement of the tag line. Need to add a superscript "SM" to end of tag line (my bad, I think I forgot to include this in my brief).
#3 - Don't like the dot over the W

Even though I like the arch over the logo it does not convey "intersection"

Aldeano, the ONLY reason I eliminated #4 is because the SM is attached to the name ... it should be attached to the tag line.

Thank you for changing the tag line. Trying to emphasize that our company combines formal learning with street smarts. So the two are meeting at an intersection or a crossroads.
