i like #9 - perhaps the acronym SCARI in it and then the program name in small text under or within it. Good idea with the pipe and the fish.

the last comment was the fish were in a drain - love the colors and the culvert (crossing) and the fish, but they are right - everyone will remember flushing there first fish won the drain. how about a fish or two running upstream.
