Like the idea that this represents people or budding ideas, however the image comes across as too female.
Like the idea that you made the word "strategies" smaller.
Still seems a little generic and feminine.

This is much better...Like the colour used.
However, this will be used a lot on stationary...Can you provide a sample with a white background?
