I love anime and I really like the concept of this design. Thank you! Ideally, it will be great if the belt can be black and perhaps her shirt can be all one color such as white with black trim like a martial arts gi is. On the sword, it will be better if the tsuba (guard) is round rather than square.
I wonder if the character should be on the right side of the words and the sword could actually cut through the letter "I" in samurai? Not sure if that will look good so maybe the left side is better. Or maybe the sword is above the words coming downwards so it doesn't cover the text.
Also, the subtext should read EXPERIENCE BREAKTHROUGHS (breakthroughs is missing the "s").

I appreciate the changes you have done so far - thank you. Can you please remove the sayas (sword covers) as you have in #13? Can you also make her feet the same color as her face and hands? I would also like the black belt to be thicker and maybe her red hair tie can be a bow instead? Can you also move all the text (words) up so that the sword is not hidden? (Similar to #13 but she is facing wrong way in #13). Also let's try the words "Experience Breakthroughs" in red to make it stand out a little more.
This is looking very good. Can you move the words higher in #25 and maybe show me a couple of different font types? I like #26 too but I am thinking if she just broke the wood, the sword would be downwards so #25 may be better. On her left shoulder, closest to the letters, it seems a little sharp - can you round it out and also make the "v" neck on her shirt just a little lower. I want her to be sexy :) I'll tell but is the shading on her eyes blue or grey? I would like grey or green ideally rather than blue and if they are grey already no changes are needed.

What is the difference between #28 and #29? - The like the feet better in #25 they seem smaller and have no outline which I like. - The V neck and rounded shoulder look great - thank you! On the side with the new rounded shoulder, can you please make the arm start just below her chest? (I can barely see the top of her left arm so we can remove that part and just start it below her chest.) - Can you move the wood over a little more farther away from her? - Can you make her waist slightly smaller? (tapper in just slightly on right and left sides) - Please move all the words higher up so there is more space between them and the sword. - On the font, I like the words "strategic" and "experience breakthroughs" to be in red like #25. I am not crazy about the new font - can you try a different one?
sorry about the delay, i have little problem with my internet connection.. Here my new entries as your suggestion (#41, 42 43.....#44-scale up the character just for clearly looking). The difference between #28 and 29 is from the font only, and little shades effect on "samurai" on #29.

- I like the original font the best - please use the font in #25. (Thank you for trying the others though.) - Her waist, feet and the wood placement look great - thank you! I just love her hair and the bow too!! - My idea for her left arm doesn't look good - sorry - can you put that back like #25 and maybe show more of it to make it look a little more balanced? I like both shoulders rounded. - Can we try her top black with white highlighting? (Currently it is white with black highlighting.)
An additional idea: I want to explore stylizing the text a little. I uploaded a new photo of a Japanese brush stroke that I like and thought there might be something we could do with that type treatment for the text or the design as a whole? I want the whole logo (character and text) to feel connected and actually feel strategic some how. Does this make sense?

I have decided to go with the sword pointing up such as #26. Everyone I show this to likes the sword point up, rather than down. Can you use everything else from #50 that we have worked on so far (rounded shoulders, etc.) but change the sword to be pointing up like #26?
Then, is there a way to keep the shirt white but make the pants back instead and keep the black belt visible by a white outline or something similar?
She is looking great! Can you switch her hands? Her right hand should be closest to the tsuba (sword guard). Can her hands have a little more definition too? I like the black pants - thank you - and I am trying to decide if I like them more than the white...for now, the white are my first choice but I will ask my friends to vote too.
Is there anything we can do to make her feel like she is in motion? I like that feeling that she is in motion...Do you have any ideas?
Thank you so much for the revisions with her hands. I like #66 a lot. I like #67 too but the sword covers too much of her hair and we can't see her chest - not sure how else to make her feel in motion though.
