Like blue background. Like person in globe but it is a little too "cute" and literal. White people on blue are too simple and obvious.

well let me explain the concept with the globe

if you look a bit more into the shape of
this stylized person you will see that it is actually a typical puzzle piece
which symbolizes strategy and the ability of finding exactly the right person needed

I could do another version where the cuts of the puzzle are seen but it would definitely make it more 'obvious'
I could give another idea a try but I have to be among the top 5 to be able to upload..
