Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 & 9: Can you modify the upper lines, it looks like lips. Also, can you put the world in orange rather then the state of Missouri. One person in the outline looks better then 2.

I definintly like the circle within the circle better but I'm not sure about the person on the inside, either remove it or can you do something different
