Hi, please find my first entries attached. I've used a percentage symbol with the two circles forming the shapes of two speech bubbles. This brings across both elements of the network - trading and socialising - in a very simple and effective icon. Even as a standalone icon without the words you can understand that the website is about communicating and stock market trading.
I've kept a good balance of having a little bit of a fun creative edge and professionalism. The two bright colours balance well with the black text which is set in a modern, clean font style.
