I hope my proposal from your previous contest to match better in your present one:)

We like the design, but we don't know what the bar graph in the cross would represent. Maybe a fill color would be better instead. Also the font on Short Term Health Plans needs to be larger.

#21, the center image, it kind of looks like a swastika. So that's not an option.
