absolute: I like the original take on how to bring the movement of taking steps and bringing in the stone motif, but this logo feels too flat to me. It also contains too much black. I think that some color would help lighten it up, or at least shades of grey. Finally, the motion of the white arrow looks bouncy to me, whereas we are trying to convey a sense of groundedness, connection to the earth.
