1) rectangular top to bottom
2) put the trowel position like #12
3) remove the arm and hand
4) where the black part is behind the trowel on #12, invert the brick and joints, so the joints will be white and the brick will be black.

It needs to be rectangular top to bottom. The trowel you are using is a trowel, but its a masonry trowel. We need a plaster trowel. I don't need the word stencil on this
