I tried to make it not too literal if that these are people. Please check #122 #123. How about with them? Thanks

I have been getting very interesting feedback on this logo. When I explain it, people like it (for the same reasons I like it...it shows people, working together, stretching themselves, but also evokes a path forward). but i have to explain it...do you think it is possible to make it easier to recognize that these are people, without making it too literal?
