Which do you prefer? Behind or next to? I like the idea of it being behind but I'm worried about readability?

On Wednesday morning (in about 35 hours) I have to urgently leave town. I will be away for at least 10 days and I will not be able to submit revisions.

I like this. The swan is doubles as an "s", correct? Right now, it is perhaps a little too subtle. But subtle is good. I would like to have the "S" swan be slightly more noticeable but not bolder. Perhaps some light coloration?
