I guess this symbol evokes energy and has a free flow form, it's also an initial of the name letter as stylized 'S'

Thanks for those! Perhaps its too much to add those in but may work for some applications. Love the overall layout and color. I go back and forth on the flame symbol. It looks nice but not sure if I'm connecting the meaning. Plastic surgery is the fusion of form and function, it restores and improves, its surgery of the face, body, and hand. Perhaps some of these could inspire some alternative symbols?
