From a little bit of reading of the various sites you provided, I can't help but feel that your customers are quite discerning (As am I with organic food) so I aimed at a more subtle logo that creates a trustworthy brand and an impression of the quality of the stay rather than illustrating every aspect of the business in a literal sense. I think this would look very classy if you need to put it on printed materials such as menus etc... and the best thing is, this could be produced as a two colour print job, which would make for big savings every time you need to go to the printers!
