I like the building concept but do not like the cross at the top, color combination (needs to be more bold with black) and the logo would look better if it was similar size to the font. Thank you

I like # 41 except for the green color can you make it all gold? Or another green, blue or gray? Also I would like to see it to the right of the font. Thanks!
