On #14, what is the symbolism of the circle or is it just meant to be an attractive shape?

On #19, is the shape in the "A" intended to be an arrow or something else?

On #14 it's an abstract figure representing the talent you're scouting.

On #14, can we see a version with a bolder typeface? Also, can we see different versions in which the color of the subhead and the matching person icon change with each division? For example, grey for "FINANCIAL" and wine colored for "TECHNICAL".

On #18, #21, can we see a version using the dark blue on #14?
