we like this seal image and the font; could we see a couple more options like this? perhaps the caduceus emblem or somehow incorporate the shape of texas?

we like the look of the seal and the colors, could we work in different graphics like a rolled up diploma or a graduation cap, maybe something different instead of the wheat branches?

maybe remove the stars from the border? or switch the texas and the star in the middle (big texas, small star)
