GREAT submissions. Having a hard time deciding between #24 and #26 - one makes design longer, other makes design taller. I want tag line centered under Standard Of Value and to begin with capital V as this design will be paired up with another design. Also, the blue in the ribbon for the s and the v - I would like it to be a dark blue and then use that blue for STANDARD OF VALUE. Would really appreciate if you could turn this request around before contest closes.
