I like the design, however any finalists will have the entire name in the logo with ", LLC"...

As you can see, this logo had a lot of message in it
1. this logo made from initial "S, W and M" in to 1 form
2. I rotated it to make "stairway", it mean great planning investment and also it mean growing
3. on top of it, I made a lamp, it mean bright future and also intelligent
