Love this one! use this exact logo and show me some all black on white background and all white on a black background and maybe some other options in other earthy tones. Very much the right direction though.

Much better. If you want to develop further, imagine each word being on a shipping container stacked at an angle with the chimney in silhouette.

I like where you are headed with this. Flesh this out. Try it with the two words stacked on top of each other. Remember that the chimney will have a natural taper towards the top too.
