I like the lock inside a cage, but a bird cage makes it feel like a pet instead of a beast (which permissions really can be :)
and even smaller on the "sql". it can be even feel like it's in the background. (i think)

Hi and Thank you!! Nice first shot at the logo. I would like the "sql" smaller and the EPM needs to pop.
I took the lock and shrunk it down to an icon size and the keyhole ended up looking like a straight line.
