Try doing something with this one. Remove the slogan.

A minimalist design. the mark is a stylized letter S which represents pickup and delivery

In my profession opinion having such a complicated icon it distracting and confusing. If yo have to explain you logo to clients it's missed the mark. Plus, logo with a complicated icon with customized letters adds too the confusion.

The simpler the icon the better but the icon needs to be clever an don point.

Text base for example FED intelligent logo design, UPS another smart logo make over. Amazon smart and fun very clever. It's a hate or love it design.

what else can we to improve this? Can you try to make an image or design that commbines all of the elements of safety, quality and engaged employees in abstract form? SQE blending together into an awesome logo

You can remove the slogan "who we are is in our name"

thank you for considering my work. the icon is a an abstract deliver van moving and happy face traveling forward, though I prefer the other design with out the front section.

I'll be revising this versions as I do not like the front section
