I really like your style. The font for derek is awesome! I don't think this will work for us though. Can you make it a bit more modern?

This one has to much going on and my name "Derek" should be easily replaced with other team member names and the rest of the logo should be able to stand by its self. Also, I know it looks strange on the contest name but the city I live in is called the "Springs" it’s not my last name. I hope this helps.
