Derek, Springs Top AgentLogo Design Contest

I like this one but the print on the bottom is to small to read and My name "Derek" should be easily replaced with other team member names and the rest of the logo should be able to stand by its self. Also, I know it looks strange on the contest name but the city I live in is called the "Springs" it’s not my last name. I hope this helps.
