No problem for me, i'll try to put those colors to the mountain...

The problem is, in your brief you said 3 colors are plenty.. if i put those colors it would be 5 colors.. :) i'll do it anyway..

Colorado Springs in home to the USA Olympic training center. The logo for our city looks like this:

entering this finalist phase i just saw 1st & 2nd rank.. quiet surprise for me :) i thought that kind of style that you avoid.. Anyway this is another different skyline style...

Can you remove the "D" in the buildings? I feel like it has to much going on.
My name "Derek" should be easily replaced with other team member names and the rest of the logo should be able to stand by its self.

I change the font so it more modern & tech savvy

Simple 2 colors design, i think this one is the most accurate to the brief, hope you like it! :)

A few things. 1) can you put a dot (not a period) in-between simple, proven, and results.
2) can you do a mid century modern roof line?

I'm Derek. The contest was supposed to be called " Derek Springs Top Agent". For some reason it did not save that way. I have a team of agents that I will have their name replace my name as well.
